Katia Van Belle
Trainer and Coach

has been passionate about training for years. She radiates calmness, and is at the same time very dynamical. She takes participants on an inspiring journey of learning, experimenting and growing. She is supportive, defying, energetic.

Katia has acquired ten years of experience in logistical management and project leadership before becoming a professional trainer. Valuing personal development very higly, she invests every year in advanced training programs for herself. That is essential, she believes, for continuously stimulating and initiating the growth of others. Katia is commercial engineer, PMP (Project Management Professional), JCI international Graduate and senator, and NLP master practitioner and Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner.

Pascal Vanden Bossche
Trainer and Project Coach

is specialised in project management and has trained and coached more than 1,500 project managers internationally. He has 10 years of experience as a consultant at one of the big 5. The projects in which he gained this experience vary from data processing to organisational change, from product development to construction projects.

Pascal is a certified project management professional by the Project Management Institute and an NLP Practitioner. 

Werner Küper
Trainer, Coach & facilitator

is a professional trainer, coach & facilitator in Belgium and abroad. He combines a rich academic background -in engineering and total quality management- with many years of experience in international project management, a passion for problem solving and the quest for the most efficient and effective solution.  

Werner has a Master's Degree in Engineering, is a Prince2™ Practitioner, a JCI International Training Fellow, as well as an NLP Master-Practitioner and Certified NLP consultant & trainer.

Dave Syaeve
Trainer & facilitator

is an enthusiastic and creative guy knowing how to convince and motivate people for his projects and ideas. He has more than 10 years of experience in project management, especially in the field of medical IT. Also the "Vlaamse JO", a JCI award given to the best young entrepreneur in Flanders, became a success thanks to his stimulation.

Dave is a master in Law who studied at the FUNDP Namur, KU Leuven, and Leibniz university of Hannover. He fluently uses Dutch, French, German and English. He's also specialized in innovation and creativity: launching projects using the GPS for companies (developed by the Flanders District of Creativity) and brainstorming are some of his passions.

For international assignments, we turn to our colleagues at CFAN, the international (knowledge)netwerk of Change Facilitation professionals. CFAN: Exploring, Creating and Celebrating Change. We founded the network together, and we know we can count on their strenght and expertise. Each one of them is passionate about Change management, and bringing about the change we want to see.
