Making succesful changes is not as difficult as we tend to believe. Change is already there, many things change all of the time. It is more a matter of encouraging the change we like. And this does of course require you give it attention, and apply the right skills. How to acquire these skills? Experience of course. And learning by doing… trying out new things, failing, learning and trying again.
