Insights - Colourful development of people

The work with Insights is all about powerful communication. About effective collaboration. Understanding and appreciating differences in style of your colleagues. It is about making a success out of your projects by improving your effectivity in working with other people.

Insights is about four colours of energy. Four styles of cooperating and talking with others. Every person has his own mix of these four styles and that's what makes us unique. This leads to eight primary types and 72 wheel positions.

An Insights workshop can run for half a day: fast and effective. And we can use it as a means for deeper change, when working on leadership for example. Team effectiveness is another powerful area of application.
