Does not go smoothly between two employees. If a certain customer stands confessed as difficult. What do do we then? We analyse: how comes that? What is there to the hand? Theories build, causes zoeken. Is it due to their individualities? Is it due to the structure in the department? Do we do have repair to the demarcation of responsibilities? We zoeken firstly a cause and then a bijhorende solution.
A refreshing, alternative angle suggests to focus on the solution. Do the always this way stroef run? Is it always even difficult? Or moments that are it vlotter goes there? That frictions there less are? And what did we do then differently? How stalks we our differently, which turn that it ran better? Small differing in behaviour, which provoked another response at the adversary.
Write them on, that differs, that variaties. And experiment: do that once more, and look to the result. Look or it helps. Go in search of still more small things, that you do now already, and that to appear work. Repeat them, focus on the solution. Do not wonder yourself you how it comes, but missing what works much. And construction then further.
This treatment does focus you on successes, on ways which you have already found (unconsciously) to let succeed to the communication. You zoekt to small, practical, fast solutions. And you avoid large studies and searches to causes and drastic remedies. Ly and strong. To find a better working situation rapidly.
